We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

SEQUINS:
Our sequins have stood the test of many days dancing, however they are delicate pieces and need to be cared for accordingly. Please take care when taking on & off and dry clean only.
LEATHER BAGS:
Your Ziji Leather Bag will naturally soften over time, as well as show subtle signs of its full life lived. How you care for it will determine how gracefully it ages and how long it's a key player in your festival tool kit. We recommend to;
• Regularly clean your Ziji leather with a soft dry cloth to remove any dust (and glitter) it will be sure to collect on its adventures.
• Keep your bag in a cool dry place (not in a damp and humid environment) and away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid getting your bag wet. However, if it does get wet, blot away water or moisture immediately and allow the leather to naturally dry. Never dry your bag with artificial heat (like a hair dryer).
• Refrain from overfilling your bag to maintain its original structure. Leather is a skin and just like with human skin, it can stretch.
• Give your bag a freshen up with a suitable leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Be sure to test your conditioner in a hidden spot before conditioning the whole bag.
• Whisper sweet nothings to your Ziji leather bag, so it always knows it is loved.
