All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are sent from Melbourne via Australia post and are trackable. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your item has been dispatched.

Express Delivery: $16.00 1-2 business days.

International Orders;
All shipping costs have been calculated according to Australia post at checkout.

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS
We are very pleased to offer customer pickup for those Ziji babes who live in Melbourne. Pick up is from Elwood. You will receive the address details once you order has been marked as ready for pickup.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or incorrect address due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to re-send the order.
All orders are shipped with signature on delivery, if you override this with the selected courier and your parcel is missing or stolen from being left in a safe place, we will not replace your parcel.
