Refund policy

Please get in touch if you are needing to return an item. We can offer you a store credit.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges. You will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please contact us for an exchange, we will then follow through with the next steps. 
Once received and inspected we will issue you a store credit to purchase your correct item/size.


Refunds
Please note: refunds will only be supplied for manufacturing faults and not for change of mind. 

 

All of our items are hand crafted and therefore may have unique imperfections, however these are not considered faults.
Our sequins have stood the test of many days of dancing, however they are delicate pieces and need to be cared for accordingly.
