Returns

Please get in touch if you are needing to return an item. We can offer you an exchange or store credit. 

Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your order number & the reason for your return. Once your item has been received back at Ziji HQ in its original unworn/ unused condition, we will notify you with the details of your store credit.

Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges. You will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

All of our items are hand crafted and therefore may have unique imperfections, however these are not considered faults.

Our sequins have stood the test of many days of dancing, however they are delicate pieces and need to be cared for accordingly.
